Mentoring
Through our EMY program, we will match youth with Entrepreneurs, who are currently running the type of business, our youth has indicated they’d like to have one day.
Career Coaching
The EMY program will provide youth with a clear direction of their career path, through our mentoring program, and class interactions. Having a clear, concise resume in hand is the first step in reaching a career goal.
Job Training
EMY is dedicated to assisting our youth find on-the-job training with mentors, by providing them an Internship.
Relationship Management
EMY will monitor the relationships we create with our Mentors and Mentees. It is imperative that youth have a positive role model. We will manage our strong relationships with our business partners and organizations we partner with, and engage them in every aspect of our nonprofit efforts.
